2. Accept orders
Only turn on after the kitchen tablet is open, staff is ready, and a phone-to-tablet test succeeds.

3. Automatic Ordering Hours
Weekly schedule in New York time. The master Pause button overrides this timetable.
4. Order Limits
Limit large or repeated pickup orders. The value limit uses the subtotal before any discounts and register tax. New, Preparing and Ready orders count as active; Complete and Cancelled orders do not.
5. First-Order Discount
Encourage customers to order directly. One offer per verified account with no completed or pending order. Cancellation restores eligibility. Rewards are earned on the amount paid; reward redemption cannot be combined with this offer.
6. Customer Loyalty
Rewards post when the kitchen marks an order Complete. Canceled orders earn nothing. Changes apply to new orders; existing balances and placed orders keep their saved rewards.
Manage menu categories
Hide a category and its items from customers without moving or deleting anything. Show it again whenever needed.
Delete a category and move its items into another category. Items and their customizations are preserved.
Restore missing default categories. Existing items stay in their current categories; prices, photos, and customizations are preserved.
Manage category cover photos
Choose a category and upload a replacement photo. Photo changes do not pause orders.
Add new menu item
Create a new item in an existing category. Add a photo using its normal Upload / Replace Photo control afterward. Like editing prices, adding an item pauses ordering until menu verification.
Edit menu
Save any change to automatically pause ordering.
